Rather, we were performing a stunt show at Custer and we\u00a0spent our riding time in the Black Hills.<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0was my first proper Sturgis experience. I wanted to walk around and capture some images\u00a0of what I saw at the rally.<\/p>\n<p>My motorcycle background is stunt-riding. Our bikes were typically beat up sport bikes.<\/p>\n<p>Supermotos and Harleys have started making their way into the stunt riding scene too. Although I traveled with a Harley stunts group in the past, I didn&#8217;t see anybody on one-wheel this Sturgis.<\/p>\n<p>I met Big Dog Motorcycles President Matt Moore through \u00a0riding in college. With my background being somewhat different than most Sturgis attendees&#8217; I really enjoyed seeing all of the hard work, unique ideas, and completely custom bikes. Many of these concepts were new to me.<\/p>\n<p>Although I&#8217;ve heard repeatedly that\u00a0the bagger fad is over, I saw a lot of custom baggers. There were quite a few choppers, but at this Sturgis, they were not the most common type of bike. Personally, I prefer it that way.<\/p>\n<p>My interest has really been sparked in the new big wheel bikes.
